3 Month contract with extension
I was involved in two major projects whist with Pfizer.
One was to realise benefits through reducing the power / influence of wholesalers on pharmacies, by switching the emphasis from the wholesaler to the pharmacies. The other was to develop a common look and feel to interfacing to and from the main Oracle financial application.

Although no definitive figures are available, the first project is likely to deliver savings (company wide) in the region of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Appointed as a PM/BA for this 2005 Start Up Business Consultancy Company, working alongside the business transformation consultants developing ITT's, Bid Proposal documents and where tenders were secured carrying out the business analysis stage of the overall Business Transformation Project.
This role allowed me to work in many different companies across the different sectors.

3 Months contract

Project manager recruited to initiate and manage to completion the implementation of a Radio Frequency Scanning (Bar Coding) system.
I was Responsible for the definition and management of the Warehouse Management system with an interface with the customer giving them a more accurate and quicker data to replenishment stock.
This project allowed TDG a saving of labour time of 8 hours/week and reduced the number of stocktakes required as RF scanning worked effectively as an ongoing stock check identifying errors or mistakes quicker.

Bibby Distribution Ltd

I was appointed to improve the Warehouse Management System, championed the introduction and uptake of Prince 2 as the preferred Project Management tool within Bibby Distribution.
The role extended out to Mentor and coach, the project managers and other project role holders as to role and responsibility within the framework, e.g. stakeholders, risk owners, signoff responsibility.

Designed and implemented new scanning ‘Proof of Delivery’ system for a distribution company.

Seconded to Revlon based in Stone to set up and implement a Radio Frequency (Bar Code) scanning system for 50,000 stocked lines.

Involved in transforming a Parcel Delivery company bought by Bibby and losing £300k/yr to be in profit by £300k /yr by installing Warehouse Management system. Changed the Health &Safety system from a time consuming manual system to an Internet based system for all 40 UK locations saving time in accessing data.
